Too true, if I play on the American servers I get serious lag, but if I play on the Asian servers im ok, but a certain time of day the lag increases and the game becomes unplayable, the actual servers i should be playing on is Europe but thats tricky as well, Ive seen an increase of players on the international server which tells me that a lot of people from the American server is switching to there?

Me and some guild mates will disconnect from the server when things get really bumpy.

I've been in touch with our network team here, and they aren't showing any issues on the network. They would like more information so they can pinpoint these issues. We'd appreciate if people could post gw.exe –diag results or send those results to our Customer Support team. Thanks.

Been no problems for me, even when I go to American Districts. I did have 3 d/cs in a row a few days ago but my whole internet had gone so...Yeah.

Well, I can't log in at all tonight (in England).

Everything else netwise is working for me, and I'm getting error 58.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've been getting huge lag spikes. Game will be fine for ten to fifteen minutes, then Lag Spike of Doom, then back to fine.

I suppose I could just do repeated -diag tests and hope I hit a lag spike, but for the most part I suspect it will show up as "everything's fine. We're all fine here. How are you?"

also, keep in mind that a lot of european countries have amazingly good latency with your servers, so asking them would not be productive. a lot of european players play at around 60 ping, some as low as 13 ping. in north america, a lot of players play at around 200 ping.

Yesterday I erred out during 2 separate vanquishes and thankfully reconnected. However, today chasing down the last group I lost my connection completely.

I have definitely been experiencing more disconnects in the last week then I can ever remember. I have sent in my -diag report to support.

This reminds me of the days when you'd /kneel before Balth statue when going out of outpost, praying to not get an err 007... Good times...

I can connect to my char, but after I connect I can't move and than just get an err 007.

How do you get this .exe stuff we're supposed to send?

1) Rightclick on your GW shortcut
2) Select "Properties"
3) Under "Target": Add -diag behind GW.exe (with a space between .exe and -diag)
4) Double click on your GW shortcut

@Pumkin Pie: that sounds like a good subject to me

Myself and everyone i play with (N.America) began having these problem when the 6/18 update went live. Surely this is not some amazing coincidence.

I've been lagging recently too, so has everyone else that's been around me. It's kind of ridiculous. But no err7s at least.

No err7s or disconnects, but my ping is jumping around fro 72ms to 400ms, which I find weird. So I'm just playing on my nice 20ms TF2 servers for now.

Was in tourney for HB (it was the last remaining undefeated two opponents) and it was tied with a minute to go and my character freezes due to lag.

This was spectacular.

I been training chamber+wastes for uwsc with my sin. Most of the times I can't even finish chamber. Eventually I miss a SF though I'm spamming the key..

Anyway I'm Portuguese using the Europe->Spanish district.
If I go to the American server most of the time I lag in the first minute.
